To commission a painting, please send an email to [email protected]. 

Please include the following in your email to me.

• A photo or multiple photos of the subject
• The total number of subjects (people, pets or other)
• The preferred size of canvas
• The type of portrait (oil painting, acrylic, watercolor, or black and white drawing)

The pricing page should give you a rough estimate of the cost of your painting based on the size of canvas you wish to select.

Once I receive your email, I will review your image(s) and get back to you with an estimate on the price and a timeline. The next step will be to arrange the deposit payment, which will be 50% of the price of your painting.

The best method of payment is to send an Interact E-transfer from your bank’s website to my email address: [email protected]. Alternatively, we may schedule a time and place to meet in person for the deposit if that’s your preference, cash or cheque is also accepted.

Drawings, and watercolors, generally take between 7 to 12 days. Oil and acrylic paintings can take between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of subjects and the canvas size.

We will then meet up in person for pickup if you are local (North Vancouver, BC), if not, a shipping rate (depending on distance) is required to be paid on top of the remaining balance.
